Merry
Christmas
From
This Christmas, I’m proud to reflect on how
Iceland continues to play a meaningful role in the
lives of families across the UK. The festive season
is a time to come together – sharing good food,
making memories, and celebrating what matters
most. At Iceland, we’re passionate about helping
families enjoy those special moments, without
having to worry about the cost. That’s why we’ve
worked hard to make sure everyone can afford to
put something special on the table this Christmas.
Recognising the ongoing cost increases across the
board, we expanded our ground breaking Iceland
Food Club microloans scheme in partnership
with Fair For You over the Christmas and Easter
holidays, giving more customers the chance to
borrow up to £100 interest–free. By providing vital
support when it was needed most, we’ve supported
more than 30,000 people in putting food on
the table.
Beyond helping families save, we have remained
committed to our ‘Doing it Right’ promise. This
year, we have proudly partnered with Mumsnet
to create a new range of quality meals designed to
provide healthy choices for families short on time.
A percentage of the proceeds of these ready meals
are going directly to Alder Hey Children’s Charity
to support the fantastic work the hospital does, and
in an incredible show of generosity, Iceland Foods
Charitable Foundation are matching the total raised
up to the value of an additional £50,000.
This Christmas, we’ve taken the same care and
creativity into our food. Whether it’s our indulgent
Luxury Perfect Turkey or Exclusive Party Range, our
aim is to bring people together through food that’s
bold, exciting, and packed with festive flair. When
it comes to the big day, we’re making things simpler
than ever with all our joints cooked from frozen
and easy to carve – designed to take the stress out of
the celebration, whilst delivering on flavour
and convenience.
As we look ahead to 2026, our commitment remains
the same: to put people first – whether they’re
working in our stores or shopping in our aisles
and to make sure Iceland continues to be a place
where everyone feels supported, valued, and able to
celebrate the joy of food and family, all year round.
