THE CONSTRUCTION PROCESS
STEP 1 - YOUR VISION
We will work closely with you to create a design brief
with your personal requirements.
We partner with the world’s best designers, and will
prepare a tender document with your speci昀椀cations
for shipyards to bid on.
The design process can take up to a year for a full
custom yacht, re昀椀ning all your requirements and
preparing a comprehensive document to mirror your
vision.
STEP 2 – HELPING YOU CHOOSE
We partner with and have long term relationships with
the world’s best shipyards, designers, technology
developers and architects as well as the most
respected specialists in the industry.
We will review your speci昀椀c requirements and rely on
our in depth market knowledge and technical insight
to match your project with the best team to deliver it.
STEP 3 – THE CONTRACT
Once the shipyard has been selected, we will help
you draw up, negotiate and sign a detailed contract
outlining all the speci昀椀cations, criteria and warranties
for your project.
STEP 4 – DESIGN
We work very closely with the shipyard and design
teams to ensure the construction process runs
smoothly and within budget.
We will ensure that the project meets the appropriate
technical and legal requirements of international
legislations.
Our experts will provide technical advice on all
aspects; from architecture to noise and vibration
levels, engine room layout, interior design, avionics,
specialist entertainment technology as well as
material specifications.
